This in-line device puts upper panel and lower panel together after accurate allignment, and then feeds it out. Each panel is delivered to bonding portion by each robot and will be bonded together after automatic allignment. After bonding, allignment will be done again, and it hardens UV material by UV light irradiation. Then it will be fed downstream after temporary fixation. Various type of machines such as in-line machine & standalone type equipped with cassette loader and unloader are available. These machines can cope with wefer and various kinds of panels.
